Yes. We staff overnight, weekend and round-the-clock schedules, and a nurse is on call after hours for the people in our care.
Certified caregivers and nurses from Abloom, the same team that staffs our residence. Everyone is trained on the specific care plan, with competency evaluations every quarter. We aim for a consistent small team so faces stay familiar.
Often within days. The first step is a call; a nurse assessment is scheduled from there, and care begins on the schedule you choose.
No fixed minimum. Schedules run from a few hours a week to 24-hour care, and they change as needs change.
The nurse reviews and rewrites the care plan. If needs grow beyond what is safe at home, we talk with you about options, including our Woodbury residence.
