Privacy Policy
Effective May 17, 2026
Abloom Comfort Home Care (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or use our Partner Portal, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you request a visit, send us a message, or are invited into the Partner Portal, we collect the information you choose to share: typically your name, email address, phone number, relationship to a prospective resident, level of care of interest, and any notes you include. If you create a Partner Portal account, we also collect authentication information such as your password (stored by our authentication provider, never by us in plaintext).
Information collected automatically. Our hosting and analytics providers may log basic technical information when you visit the site: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. This is used for security and to understand site performance.
Cookies. The Partner Portal sets a session cookie after sign-in so you stay logged in. The marketing site does not set tracking cookies of its own.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and arrange tours.
- To operate the Partner Portal: keep partners signed in, display information appropriate to their role, and notify the Abloom team of activity.
- To improve the website and service, and to keep both secure.
- To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
3. Sharing & service providers
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site and portal, under contracts that limit their use of your data. They fall into these categories:
- Website hosting and delivery.
- Account sign-in and password storage for the Partner Portal.
- Database storage for visit requests and portal information.
- Email delivery for notifications we send.
We can tell you which providers we use, in writing, on request.
We may also share information when required by law, in connection with a corporate transaction (e.g., merger or sale of assets), or with your explicit consent.
4. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. Visit-request submissions are typically retained for two years; portal account data is retained for the life of the account plus a short archival period.
5. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To do so, contact us at the address below. Partner Portal users can also update their profile directly from the Portal.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information: encrypted transport (TLS), hashed passwords, scoped access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Partner Portal account.
7. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective” date at the top and, for significant changes, notify Partner Portal users by email.
9. Contact
